Associate Degree Programs

  • Foundational ministry and biblical education

Bachelor’s Degree Programs

  • Advanced ministry and Christian leadership preparation
  • Typical length: 120 credit hours

Rolling Monthly Start Dates

Students may apply throughout the year. To begin coursework on the 1st of an upcoming month, students must complete admissions review, enrollment steps, tuition arrangements, orientation, and “Commit to Start” documents by the 15th of the current month.

Example: A student who wants to start on April 1 should complete all enrollment steps and “Commit to Start” documents by March 15.

Admissions Process

Follow the steps below to move from application to enrollment.

1. Pay Application Fee Submit the non-refundable $35 admissions application fee.
2. Complete Admissions Application Submit your personal information, program interest, ministry background, and admissions responses.
3. Upload Supporting Records Submit transcripts, GED records, home school diploma records, ministry certificates, recommendations, or other requested documents.
4. Admissions Review Admissions reviews your application, records, program fit, readiness for online learning, and enrollment status.
5. Acceptance Decision Applicants may receive an acceptance decision, request for more information, or guidance on next steps.
6. Commit to Start Accepted students complete final enrollment steps and “Commit to Start” documents by the 15th to begin on the 1st of the next month.
7. Orientation & Student Access Students receive access to orientation, the student dashboard, Google Classroom, academic schedule guidance, and course information.

Course Pacing After Acceptance

Courses are designed to help students move steadily through lessons, assignments, quizzes, and assessments while staying on track toward completion.

Weeks 1–4

Students complete weekly lessons, readings, discussions, reflections, assignments, quizzes, and participation checkpoints.

Weeks 5–8

Students complete remaining coursework, major assignments, review activities, course reflections, and advisor progress checks.

Final Course Window

Students complete the final exam, final project, or final assessment window followed by completion review.
